Environmental reporting

An operator who carries out extraction activities that require a permit (e.g. quarrying of rock, gravel, peat, stone etc.) shall submit each year an environmental report to the requisite supervisory authority. Such report shall describe the measures taken to observe the conditions of the permit, as well as the result of such measures.
